I was disappointed as soon as I started. The individual company that I work at is nothing like the research I have done on Honeywell. Not even close to the culture that I thought i was joining.

They match the 401k better than most companies.

The individual hourly workers. They are a great group to work with.

The top leadership team seems to know what they are doing and the direction they want to take the company.

They are a group that wants to get the job done and they do everything they can to achieve that goal
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The plant manager has an attitude that his way is the only way and nothing you say will convince him otherwise. He is condescending and treats people like they are idiots. He treats everyone this way. They really need to look at moving him out.
