What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The material staging process and company being paid to do the job, are slow and ineffective. They are not being held accountable for that

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The leadership team needs to implement new equipment and processes to fix the capacity constraints. This cannot be done ny the production floor operators without investment betting made by the company.
