Value talent. Your visions of turning it into a software company in India are a joke. You can get work for cheap but no talent will touch you now.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Lousy CEO running it into the ground should have the pay cut and unpaid weeks of furlough. Take some zeros off his check because it’s his lousy leadership that pushed honey
