What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Everything is about making your higher-ups look good. Everything gets dumped on the lower engineers and they expect SR. level performance and knowledge with below or subpar pay.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

I have never been apart of such a disorganized, greedy, and selfish company. Honeywell does not care about its employees and families. When I hired in i thought I was becoming apart of something great, however I have realized that I have to fend for myself around every corner I turn to keep my job.
