Female making LITERALLY 50% less than my male counterpart, yet I do all the work.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Follow a 5 year strat, streamline departments, build a better data stack and infostructure. Get out of your own way!

What did you like most about the interview process?

Don't make the interview 6 hours long and make a person wait hours on end in a waiting room before speaking to the next interviewer.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

BY FAR the worst company I have ever worked for. HON is unethical, violates contracts and treat employees like crap. 12-16 hour days with no reward and that supposed "unlimited vacation" is never taken...HON implemented it just so they don't have to pay out all the regrettable attrition upon exit!
