Everything from top-down. The current company culture is based on lies , disrespect and manipulation as a norm .

Worst company I ever worked for . The culture of surviv , intimidation and bullying is deeply entrenched and encouraged by the company's management .

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The amount of free " reasonable " hours expected is 80 hrs p.w. not to mention constant conference calls scheduled 1-2AM . Work-life balance doesn't exist .
