Culture of bullying. Aggressive approach from the top down but without the intelligence to back it up

Listening to those actually doing the work. Ensuring sincerity in HR focus and strategy of diversity rather than the lip service currently paid to the matter
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is not in line with our competitors. Relocation of roles to lower cost countries is not well thought out and reflects the focus on profits over people
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Perpetual focus on meetings for meetings sake is bordering on the absurd! Majority of the working week is spent on calls to discuss issues which would not be issues if we were allowed time to get on with our work
