Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Only female in planning group yet lowest paid. Manager was condescending on daily basis so thanks for allowing the good ol' boy mentality to still be acceptable in our workplace.

To accept new ideas. To stop doing the same over and over without questioning why. Replace leaders who are there just for the time, not for the knowledge, with good leaders.
