I feel we should full PPO coverage, higher salaries, and larger equity grants

We're all in this together. Very mission driven.

Everyone treats each other with respect. A very comfortable environment where you are accepted and appreciated. A very goal oriented organization but you feel like you are part of the mission and not just an employee.

What did you like most about the interview process?
They let me know up front who I would be interviewing with and how long those interviews would be. Fully explained the process.

What makes you most happy at work?
Although I work remotely I am most happy when we set up a meeting using Slack and the channel name is donut. It selects introductions with employees.
