I feel I am working and have been for some time, far above my title or compensation. I do believe the execs know this and do try in other ways to make it balance some - especially since they take to give to others.

Office staff deserve WFH at least 3 days a week. If cost-of-living raises continue to come with excuses, offer something that helps financially. Other departments receive more incentives while office staff get less. The collaboration used to justify being in-office isn?
