Great experience, but pay needs to increased. Personally, my pay has only increased by 2% in 4 years despite my stellar annual reviews.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Cost of living/inflation has increased exponentialyl, however my pay has not increased at the same rate.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Job doesn't feel secure after so many lay-offs. Change in management, and change in work structure seems often.

annual raise needs to increase with cost of living. Gas and groceries, property taxes, etc. have all increased dramatically

Higher pay raise annually. Cost of inflation/gas is so high, I'm unable to pay all my bills on my paycheck alone when a few years ago, I could.

Higher base wage. The yearly raises aren't enough to keep up with inflation. You have to continually change jobs to be paid fairly. Incoming employees are often paid more than employees that have been in the role for years.
