Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being paid fairly accompanied with being tasked with realistic expectations. No earning beyond base while company brags about record revenue.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's an exciting environment as we are AI empowered, we are working with it and we are living it. The team effort in helping support each other is amazing & we make it fun with competitions between teams and departmental areas.
