Undestanding neurodiverse employees and cutting them some slack and accommodations. They just don't get it.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
HL2 work no less than 20 hours a week but no more than 34 hours a week get full time benefits. Most companies do not give benefits below 40 hours a week.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Hired as a part-timer, but I worked consistently as a full-time 32+ hours employee, but they never promoted me to full-time so my benefits were minimal.
