I am unsure if this is a company culture, but, personally, my direct manager takes care of the team very well and I have feeling that I am heard.

Work hard, play hard is our motto: we care and are proud of what we are achieving on the market, but Ivalua knows it and offers a great environment to work in (fun activities, lunch events, video game competitions, offices with music instruments, company offsites in Punta Cana, Marbella...)
