the team gives you room to grow inside company

knowing drivers by their names and personally meeting them.appreciating the drivers who have been there over the years.making sure they are getting a load long in advance so the driver does not have to sit waiting and losing money.

I feel like we are taken for granted. We are asked to do many things and have lots of responsiblities

10 years and a million miles accident free....and im not making any more then when i first started.newbies coming in not even knowing how to drive,getting more miles and more pay.
