Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation based on role expectations and output feels very low. Leveling is inaccurate and salary not in line with comparable companies.

As a recruiter, I am part of the team directly responsible for attracting and hiring new Klaviyos, and considering the importance of that work, I feel Klaviyo undervalues and underpays this vital skill, especially given how competitive the recruiting/talent space has become.
