What is the best part about your compensation package?
I would say the Unlimited Vacation

The best part is the unlimited vacation days. It's comforting to know that those unexpected things that come up won't be counted against you.

I like that I have a livable base pay, but am also incentivized through my commission for strong sales performance. I don't have to stress about making rent, and I also feel highly motivated to achieve more so I can earn more.

The HSA that comes with our health insurance makes all the difference with getting my prescriptions.

The health insurance plans are well thought out for all walks of life, and more than generously priced for the employee. The bulk of monthly premiums are covered by Levelset. There's even an option for a high deductible plan with no monthly premium for the employee to have to pay.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A retirement plan would be a great way to demonstrate that zlien is invested in its employees.

We are lead to believe that we are very much replaceable. They would rather lose us and hire someone new then work on in-house retention. The cost of living in this city has quickly risen, and continues to. Cost of living raises would be a good start for employees

I know that there are other people in the same roles who have earned more without having more applicable experience or taking on extra work. Greater transparency about pay and more equitable pay would help everyone feel more valued.

Every company has core values, yet very few companies actually live up to those core values, from the CEO down to the most entry-level job. Levelset is different. The people are genuine; you don't see the negativity & workplace gossip that festers at most places. Our mission and people are good.
