I have the opportunity to work directly with the team, and know how hard they work to drive the business forward. They work hard, which in turn makes me want to work hard for them.
Review from Product Dept

Base salary is good. Pension is very low I come from a competitor where the pension contribution were as twice matched as my, e.g. I paid 5% but was getting 10% employer payment, also my bonus was 15% on target rising to 17.5% if high performer, holidays provision were much better. duvet day xmas
Review from Product Dept
While I feel that my compensation is fair, I do not feel that this is a case across the board. I feel that salary raises barely keep up with inflation and adjustments are next to impossible to get. It is absurd that people who have been here for years get a lesser % bonus than those newly hired.

The HMO, since I got to have 4 dependents.

In order to be truly neurodiversity affirming company, the need to have managers understand the nuances and avoid gaslighting is greatly needed. Training to all people managers on autism masking, and the cons of masking, and the health concerns it presents, really needs to be given in trainings.
Review from Product Dept
Manager says they are overwhelmed, they don't have time for everyone on their direct reports. Better affordable health choices.
Review from Product Dept
I believe the only way to boost compensation and to be appropriately paid is to achieve a promotion; the 3% merit increase for outstanding performance is difficult to swallow as an employee, let alone as a manager rewarding their employees.
Review from Product Dept
I feel undervalued because our compensation doesn’t seem to reflect the amount of work, responsibility, and results we deliver. In addition, the absence of annual an annual or a holiday bonus makes it
Review from Product Dept
shut down REPS without compensation. This pension was part of pay package since our annual salary was low. It should keep REPS and current term or give a fair compensation

knowledge, they are approachable, but I don't think they challenge enough or not do it in the right way. we should work with tech and analytics as one team not separate and blaming each other.
Review from Product Dept
We could improve by keeping meeting discussions work-focused. Non-work topics like politics or religion can become combative or offensive. Encouraging respectful, open feedback would help create a safer, more collaborative environment.

Leadership need to be more flexible with remote days due to special circumstances, and all teams should have the same type of flexibility
Review from Product Dept
All leaders showing up. Not lip service in saying they are available and then illusive when a real problem is facing the team and decisive direction is needed.

Review from Product Dept
SLT needs more people that have more direct experience in petchems markets. It needs to listen to staff, and resource better. If a 7pm publishing target needs to be set in objectives (meaning most cannot finish within contracted hours) it is clear workload expectations are unreasonably broadly.
Review from Product Dept
Most leaders are fantastic, but there are some that are talking the talk in public, but when asked direct questions are not available which is disappointing.
Review from Product Dept
I'm doing my job as best as I can, but I have no idea where we are going as a company, no do I know where my career is going.
Review from Product Dept
The throughput required requires long days. I enjoy the work but usually pretty tired.
Review from Product Dept
Salary is too low, vision is too linked to managers wanting to show fake changes to the higher executives to justify their positions or show off, without any visible/actual improvement. Put your actions where your mouth is
