I have been without the companys insurance benefit. When I was first hired, I thought that I had properly signed on to LG's medical insurance; but I was mistaken. I was told that I had to wait until "open enrollment". In my opinion, enrolling should be as simple as "CLICK HERE".

Compensation - Raises are a joke. LG doesn't care about employees enough to provide increases for cost of living. Once a year is the only chance for a raise and you have to compete with team members in order to get a raise.

Learning new things, but that is always limited due to the current workload. Regardless of changing positions tasks still move to the new role so you just get new work added without other things being removed.
