The interview process was in about 4 steps. An interview essay style, phone interview, in person interviews and a mock chat interview with a "customer". They really wanted it to be a two way street where they decided if I was the right fit & I could decide if they were the right fit for me.

Don't treat the customer support team as a pothole filler for problems given that they are hourly, not salaried employees and respect their time off without requesting them to check slack, email and text messages during times when they are not paid by the company.
