Leadership is only there to take the fiber infrastructure and destroy whats left of the pots structure.

Interview process meant something and skill tests were required when I started. Now, no skill or knowledge testing and it shows.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Knowledge base of techs that preform the day to day installation and service orders. But the leadership keeps changing processes that dont work.
