A better work life balance is a must. They just don't care.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was promoted 18 years ago. The interview was over the phone.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They just laid off half of the technician work force in the area. They cannot meet customer commitments, they cannot keep their word on anything.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
1st level supervisors haven't been given a raise in years. With the Cost of Living constantly rising, my 'income' is actually less than it was 10 years ago.
