Refugee from the bell system. Last 5 yrs of Lumen/centurylink was a downward spiral. Lack of care for the customer, lack of responsible management. Lots of fluff, but no substance. Link to success a total failure resulting in poor customer satisfaction, and customers fleeing Centurylink.

Retirement benefits that exist for long term employees. Recent hires have fewer benefits.

Start caring for and supporting the customer in getting the service he is paying for
What do you like best about the leadership team?
First level manager is the only level that somewhat cares about the customer but cant do anything to resolve customer issues.
