I was told there were lots of opportunity
a new supervisor as well as manager, someone with experience and a degree in IT or Business would be great
Showing up to the office, in 5 plus years I have seen my executive team a total of 3 times. They work from home or other areas of the country and have never all been here at the same time.
That is hard to pinpoint, I have applied for jobs above where I currently am trying to climb the ladder. I have applied roughly 45 times for various positions that are posted and have interviewed for nearly all of them, I have been turned down every time. I used to think moving up, now, nothing
a raise, have not had a raise in over years. I am told that I already make more than my teammates, my teammates have great trust in me and have shown me their pay. Nearly all make between $10 and $15 per hour more than I do, I have a degree in Business management and feel highly undervalued.
The team talk to each other daily, however, our manager or Supervisor is never in the office as he works from home 28 out of 30 days a month. The team basically does what they want when they want, they get the job done and being an integral part of the IT world that's a very good thing for everyone
