They do what they need yo do to get paid.., they have learned to be heartless.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The employee medical can be much cheeper! And making retirees pay a monthly premium almost $400 is wrong!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Put a focus back on doing it right THE FIRST TIME! And stop sending the work to bendors & out of country!
