Better healthcare, with lower premiums.

Training for new and upcoming technology. Communication between one another.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A management team that works together instead of undercutting one another.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is no leadership. Remaining management is just holding on until they can find another job elsewhere.
What did you like most about the interview process?
When I interviewed years ago it was a professional process. Now they just drag inexperienced personnel off the street.
