
My suggestions will never be taken seriously by anyone in management
My pension will NEVER go up. The former union has no power anymore to negotiate cost of living raises.
They need to hire/promote actual QUALIFIED people-don't just rely on a college degree. They still promote on favoritism-not actual job knowledge.
Coworkers need better management support-not people that look for ways to find fault. Most management doesn't even know how to do the my job.
