What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Honestly there isnt any and hasnt been any for many years
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Miscommunications all around, useless updates and patches, lack of training on new products
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. Very toxic. Labour laws ignored, if you arent a favourite you get alot of unplesant issues. Holidays, anniversary, birthday events stopped years ago due to no funding, but there was and certain management used it themselves. They dont listen, make their own rules, it is very serious
