What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

None. The top screws the bottom and tells them they should be happy with what they have, cause they can take that away.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Stop treating your employees like disposable rags... Those who interface with your customers are the face of the company, if they are unhappy, it'll flow to your customers.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Actually providing yearly raises, ditching the stupid rating system that no one can get above a five on because management is instructed to not LET them be rated better. Give the damn bonuses back like oooh say Christmas bonus?

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Stop micromanaging and number mincing your employees that actually make the place run. Let the techs do their JOBS to help customers.. Stop forcing them to meet arbitrary numbers that mean nothing in the long run besides a few saved pennies while you lose dollars in customers.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Have people that DO the job be part of the interview. Actually ask questions that RELATE to the job. Stop demanding degrees and certifications that have NOTHING to do with the actual work and find out if the person you're interviewing can do what's actually needed without setting everything on fire!
