Drastically undervalued. Significant pay increase and prmotion would make me feel valued.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Leadership is out of touch with everything and everyone is too "pc".
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Get rid of hirevue and having to have diversity and gender represented on the hiring board.
