Lack of strong leadership that does not bring the teams together.

The company cannot grow revenue in anyway this is year four of the decline and theres no signs of immediate turnaround
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Get everyone on the same page and moving in thie right jdirection. Hold underperforming organizaniations accountable. Grow the business as opposed to relying on smoke and mirror finanaical practices to make numbers look better than they actual are.
