Support rather than only chastising would help. Management needs to be scrubbed from CEO down.

This company has zero concern for anything but the bottom line. No concern for customers or employees.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company needs to stop putting ideas in place without any planning. They reverse engineer everything at the expense of front line employ
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have not seen a raise since our PREVIOUS contract AND they increased what we pay for the benefits we get. Making less now than 5 years ago
