
Stop micromanaging and have some respect for the employee's that goes out and genuinely care and work harf
Leadership! Not dictatorship. Leading means leading by example. Not " do as I say, not as I do"
Taking jobs away from other departments and making you now responsible for it. With fancy wording to make it seem part of your job with no extra pay for taking on said ( extra work). Also no respect for thr employee
There is a complete disconnect between management and techs. It seems as if no one cares. Management does not care about what you have to say. constant outages. After being beaten up by the company techs then lose motivation so now the don't care just an endless cycle
