What do you like best about the leadership team?
No idea, never hear anything about a leadership or if we even have one.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Meeting the customers, one of my customers played for the university of Clemson back in the 50's, to me that awesome I like talking to him every once in a while, he even takes our CEO duck hunting on occasion.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i do 3 jobs for centirylink and get paid for one, don't get me wrong I extremely love working for CenturyLink and can honestly say it's one of the greates places to work after working for the network giant AT&T. I just wish CenturyLink would give us back our performance bonus and our Christmas bonus
What are some of the best things about your team?
The older ones are always talking about how great of a career it used to be working for the telephone company and how so much has changed for the worse in the last 15 yrs, to me right now it's great working for CenturyLink I hope I never have to say how the company has went down hill in 13 yrs.
