Update the culture to the standards of the iT businesses

Decision making in a timely fashion. Communication of executive goals to lower levels.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

My team is across the board, some stellar performers, some who just slide by.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation is below market for the same skills. Internal promotions are a chance to level set, but instead CenturyLink uses the opportunity to cut wages. It would be better to leave CenturyLink and come back for a promotion than stay and promote.
