My team is across the board, some stellar performers, some who just slide by.
Compensation is below market for the same skills. Internal promotions are a chance to level set, but instead CenturyLink uses the opportunity to cut wages. It would be better to leave CenturyLink and come back for a promotion than stay and promote.
