Some teams are not placed into the proper business units. Like, GES/SLED is under Small Med Business and Higher Ed just taken from GES and given to Federal.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay more in line with the market area and if you’re going to stop a pto plan, whatever pto one has saved should be paid out to them; not just forgotten or dismissed.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better communication and engagement of all teams. Less red tape to get anything done. Lots of simplification. Have the execs sponsor growth opptys in underserved markets such as OOR CA where we get little support to be successful.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Leaders are making decisions with data in a silo and not engaging the field for input. Quotas are too high in CA as an OOR market and CTL’s risk tolerance on T’s and C’s is misaligned with market demands. Until we have a better approach, we will not capture much market share and we will lose great.
