
Quality of newer employees is deplorable. The company does not pay well enough to maintain a quality workforce.
1st level management in my group is Great. Above that level only cares about the sustainability of their personal gain. No care of customer experience, nor quality of work environment.
Management needs to pay attention to what the front line agents' interaction with the customers looks like. Software systems are horrific. Dependability of systems is terrible. Company needs to invest in staff, and resources used in customer interface.
Customers are not receiving services promised. Or are having additional orders placed. Agents are NOT trained sufficiently to do the job well. Customer experience suffers. Long-time employees suffer, and feel trapped in a losing cause. When will the ship sink?
