We really do care about helping people.
We need to work together rather than pointing fingers.
Taking responsibility for what is not working and when offered ways to improve by frontline people, they are critical of said frontline people.
We make around 27k to do tech support. They look for any reason to not give you a raise. The most recent slap in the face is there was no Christmas bonus at a time where many companies were giving out bonuses after the new tax plan. The company just pocketed it. Very sad.
We are verbally berated constantly due to things that could be simply fixed. When a customer is expecting a tech and maybe that tech isn't going to make it, no one makes contact with the customer and then they call us to find out about their tech visit, we are left to tell them they aren't coming
