Bring in yearly kick off meetings they helped us better understand Provisioning,OEC would hold panels with us, CTL employees looked forward to this 2 days of learning and recognition

Yearly kick off meeting with Sr Leadership, Provisioning Keadership, OEC Leadership, Engineering Leadership, CSM Leadership & CEO Qwest always did this, it was a huge moral builder, listening on the phone is NOT the same
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Yearly meetings, hire Contractors for the Net Ex team or designate a team other than CSMs. CSMs already have renewals, bill reviews, tons of emails to go through, billing, attend multiple calls. Net Ex is a pain point CSMs dislike and it’s very tedious. Doesn’t belong with CSMs-pls rethink this
