What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The Level 3 culture that has been forced on CTL employees is horrible they don’t even understand what breadth of the CTL local and LD products. Keep some CTL people in Leadership positions.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Keep CTL processes stop letting Level 3 people make all of the decisions. CSMs are tasked with the Net Ex project to bring customers on net... this should’ve remained a Sales rep function,, ACs/CSMs are spread to thin, they do the bulk of heavy lifting. Many ACs/CSMs are looking 4 jobs
