Encouraging and motivating to it's members of the team. I feel like they wan't to see me succeed.

There is no work stability. You will never feel safe and secure with this job. They are constantly having layoffs unexpectedly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Like a lot of companies we are paid a lower rate, with a lower title, but forced to do the work of several people in high brackets.
