they are all good people very few are actually real telephone men in my area I trained both of them

get rid of "the plan" you can't measure how long a job in this profession will take there are to many variables that play into the job

when I hired in I was told free medical and a good retirement now I paying 500 a month for ins and a cap on my pension

Get rid of the plan and that worthless limk to success and let us do our job also get rid of management that manages on a fear factor
