To top heavy. Executives reap all the rewards, while the little guys holding the company up worry about layoffs, no bonuses, etc.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating support staff better. Proposal Managers, Publications, Capture all hold up the Federal Sales group with no acknowledgement or bonuses outside year end (and even that is not a given). When executives all get huge raises, salaries and bonuses, its disheartening.
