What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership, there is no leadership. working at CenturyLink is a struggle I cant wait to get away from.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They pay is below industry average, I have been there 5 years and have a total of just under a $1 combined raise since starting
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
the team dose not take the job seriously, every call chat and email is the team acts as if its putting them out, they are not working for the customer
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
there are no meetings, the supervisor had never been a supervisor, the outgoing manager just chose a person to fill in because he was leaving and we needed someone to run the show.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
we need a manager who will hold people responsible for their wrongs and a supervisor who doesn't look the other way when people take 30 minute breaks and 1 and 30 minute lunches.
