I like that we are asked to participate in different activities "morale"

That they had a mixture of questions and it was more in a conversation type setting I was comfortable instead of nervous
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The inconsistency of scheduling, I wish that all processes and procedures were made clear to EVERYONE and the entire company could work on one accord
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel underpaid and over work for the amount of work I have to do each day, because as a dispatcher we are always short staffed and it seems as though every other week we gain a new role. I would feel better if we were acknowledged and appreciated more. on top the schedules
