No pay increase in 5 years! CEO gets $35m and then says "I know it's tough but we can't afford it"?!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
5 different workflow systems, different technical inventory systems, all being "unified" for last 8 years but the number just increases.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Desk jockeys go home early on Fridays leaving the workers to get on with our work without being interrupted by people who don't have a clue
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interviewed several acquisitions ago under a different company so not really relevant. I was interviewed by my direct manager only who judged not just my technical ability but also character
