the flexibility and the work being done by ERGs

we are a newer team and very supportive of each other
What makes you most happy at work?
the freedom and flexibility to get my job done; i'm not micromanaged
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their commitment to correcting the lack of diversity in upper management; but may only hope they're serious
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
being allowed to have a free conversation with the interviewer to truly get to know the candidate; versus generic questions that are not a true measure of the capabilities of the interviewee
