Executives have been executing the plans to completely decimate the local side of the enterprise so they can lobby the state governments to exit as the ILEC...so as business artificially declines they are achieving exactly what they aim to do
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
6 years ago the they cut all bonuses, all anniversary parties for your milestone anniversaries. Every action the company has taken in the last 6 years has been absolutely hostile to the workforce. They keep signaling we are the reason the company is failing, not their terrible decisions.
