Highly political. Yes sir/mdm culture, if not you will be out. Stay low, and one will survive. Leadership likes to say the nice things but doesn't do it. Poor execution to people leaving especially restructuring or RIF. APAC HR head in India which is a joke and has no knowledge or concern.
