They have a human approach, don't just see you as a number. Of course they require results but that is quite natural. The important is there is no mobbing, no mistreating and quite direct and effective feedback. Compared to other companies it is really a big plus.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The market salaries going faster than internal growth, unfortunately that's usual situation for ages in IT

I know that such specialists as I am, receive higher salaries in other Russian locations. I think it's a bit, not fair to work remotely and get a salary with a corrected regional coefficient
